Irritated; aggravated..whats the freaking difference. June 11th, 2006 8:41 pm South of Nowhere: My New Favorite Show [ ] [ mood | loved ] [ music | Speechless- The Veronicas ] If you've heard of South of Nowhere you know what i'm talking about. I find it so refreshing to find a show so intune to teenage issues. Who loves Spashley??? *raises hand* Spashley has forever saved my shipper problem. Im still a Clana shipper, but Spashley just makes my heart go *sighs*. It's awesome that me, being straight, loves a lesbian couple. I mean i don't see who couldn't. The couple itself is so cute and carefree that it just makes you hide your face to blush (like im doing right now) or just grin from the cuteness. I love this show so much!!! *happy dance* Reason I love this show?: Hands Down, Spashley. (coming from a straight person) All their smiles and cutesy remarks. I also love how the show stresses the need to be different and the fact quoting from Ashley: Whatever people consider to be normal; It never is.... the immortal genius of the writers make it possible to have this show that doesn't shy away from controversial topics that teens go through. This show is real. No lies, no trends, or fads or the "IMAGE" people these days see, its real. Its not overdramatic or badly acted...its amazing in all its little quirks... Anywho i'm just gonna update this first. DFN just got a new South of Nowhere forum so im really happy about that. Therefore im posting all my SON arts here. I know. I'm crazy. May 5th, 2006 9:47 pm Updates [ ] [ mood | relaxed ] [ music | In Your Eyes- Peter Gabriel ] Well its been awhile since I last posted. I need some updates obviously. Ill just start by talking about whats been happening in my life and then post some arts. Alright, most recently: I had to start tutoring outside of school because end of the year exams are coming up and i need to get really good grades on those. My nephew Colin, the little sweetheart, is 6 months old now, and adorable as ever. I have all A's and B's this quarter in school.  A- Latin B or A in English B- Chemistry A- SAT Prep A- Drafting A- Art A- Algebra II A- Civics  YAY!!!.... i just got over this viral joint infection. Sounds fun, eh. Well anyways its been kinda boring since my last update. I don't watch Smallville anymore. I guess you could say im de-smallvillitized so thats good. But other than that, im just normal old Rae, hanging out with friends and making arts. 1
